Terms of Service
Terms and conditions for using Sway services.

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users regarding the use of internet-related services provided by SmartBeauty Korea Inc. (the "Company") through the Sway platform (the "Service").
Article 2 (Definitions)
The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:
- "Service" refers to the medical beauty information platform and related services provided by the Company.
- "Member" refers to a person who has entered into a service agreement with the Company and has been assigned a member ID.
- "ID" refers to a combination of letters and numbers set by the member and approved by the Company for identification and service use.
- "Password" refers to a combination of letters and numbers set by the member to protect personal information and service usage rights.
- "Posts" refer to information such as text, photos, videos, and files posted by members when using the Service.
- "Points" refer to virtual payment methods that can be used within the Service.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment)
The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate applicable laws. Changes will be announced at least 7 days before the effective date.
Article 4 (Services Provided)
The Company provides the following services:
- Medical institution information and search services
- Procedure information and review services
- Reservation mediation services
- Beauty product sales services (Sway Store)
- Accommodation reservation services (Sway Residence)
- Community services
- Events and promotions
- Other services determined by the Company
Article 5 (Membership Registration)
Users apply for membership by filling in member information according to the registration form set by the Company and agreeing to these Terms.
Article 6 (Changes to Member Information)
Members can view and modify their personal information at any time through the personal information management screen.
Article 7 (Withdrawal and Disqualification)
Members may request withdrawal at any time through the withdrawal function within the Service, and the Company will process the withdrawal immediately.
Article 8 (Notification to Members)
When the Company notifies members, it may do so through the email address or mobile phone number registered by the member.
Article 9 (Service Usage)
Service use is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there are special business or technical issues.
Article 10 (Service Restrictions)
The Company may restrict service use if a member engages in identity theft, service disruption, posting inappropriate content, etc.
Article 11 (Post Management)
If a member's post contains content that violates applicable laws, the rights holder may request removal of the post.
Article 12 (Copyright)
Copyright for content provided by the Service belongs to the Company. Copyright for posts uploaded by members belongs to the respective members.
Article 13 (Privacy Protection)
The Company strives to protect members' personal information in accordance with applicable laws.
Article 14 (Company Obligations)
The Company does not engage in acts prohibited by applicable laws and these Terms, and strives to provide continuous and stable services.
Article 15 (Member Obligations)
Members must comply with the provisions of these Terms and service usage guidelines.
Article 16 (Disclaimer)
The Company is exempt from liability when it cannot provide services due to force majeure such as natural disasters or war.
Article 17 (Dispute Resolution)
Lawsuits regarding disputes between the Company and members shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with the Seoul Central District Court as the exclusive jurisdiction.
Addendum
These terms are effective from January 1, 2024.
